'Shalimar' is a late (winter), highly productive, scab-resistant apple variety. Its brightly red conical fruits have good keeping quality and shelf life. We recommend growing 'Shalimar' in warm, sunny apple-producing areas, where the fruits achieve very good taste and high sugar and acid content.
