In close cooperation with our partners (growers, nurseries, and marketing companies), we apply our new apple varieties for plant variety rights and plant patents in various countries all over the world to prevent unauthorised propagation. Our varieties can then be propagated and sold on the basis of a concluded licence agreement only. The royalties received help us co-finance our further breeding and bring you novel interesting varieties.
