'Juno' is one of our summer varieties, ripening as early as the second half of July. As an early-season apple, 'Juno' is best eaten right after harvest. Its medium-sized fruits with fine-grained texture offer a harmonic, slightly aromatic flavour. As a healthy, grower-friendly variety, 'Juno' is especially suitable for hobby gardeners and organic production.
