About us
Join our team working on apple genomics with a direct impact on breeding and agricultural practice. We are part of the Institute of Experimental Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences and combine genomics, bioinformatics, and modern breeding approaches. Our work is based on unique long-term datasets integrating genomic, phenotypic, and environmental data. Selected apple cultivars bred within our program are successfully grown in the Czech Republic and internationally.
