Choose a variety based on the description on the specific variety page and look up a nursery in your area online. Availability of trees of individual varieties varies across countries and seasons.

The varieties 'Bonita', Melinda® Dolcevita ('UEB 6581') and Opal® ('UEB 32642') are so-called club varieties. They are intended exclusively for selected professional growers producing fruit for the fresh market under the conditions of a specific growers' association ("club"). Their propagation material is therefore not publicly available to other growers worldwide. The aim of this system is to ensure the production of fruit of the highest quality.

However, apples of these varieties are available in retail chains in selected countries.

I have a nursery or orchard and would like to propagate trees or sell apples

Our varieties are protected by plant breeders' rights in order to prevent unauthorized propagation. Their propagation and sale are therefore only possible under a valid licence or sublicence agreement. Licence fees also help us co-finance further breeding activities.

I would like to buy fruit

Apples of our club varieties are available in retail chains in selected countries. If you live in the US or in Europe, chances are Opal® is to buy at your retailer. The sweet Melinda® Dolcevita can be bought at retailers in Italy. The beuatiful 'Bonita' is available in many European countries and South Africa.
