Our station appeared in the media several times over the year 2024. We are pleased that this has helped to raise awareness of our philosophy and disease-resistant varieties among people who were not yet familiar with them.
Reportage of our breeding activities was featured on the news website Aktuálně.cz (in Czech).
Head of our station, breeder Radek Černý co-authored an article on the organic fruit growing in the Czech Republic for a respected magazine for fruit growers Öko-Obstbau (in German).
He also acted in the Czech programme for hobby growers Zahradník po ruce (Gardener at Hand) by the TV Prima. He spoke directly from our orchard about apple varieties suitable for growing without chemical treatment in home gardens (registration is required to play the video; in Czech).
