'Solaris' is a late/winter, yellow, yummy dessert apple variety with resistance against scab and good storage properties and shelf-life. It tends to be a heavy cropper so light thinning is recommended for regular bearing.
Origin: 'Topaz' x 'UEB 2345/1'
Tree: habit ramified, upright, branching good, vigour medium, diploid
Blossom: mid-season
Productivity: semi-precocious, medium to heavy
Disease resistance: resistant to scab, tolerant to powdery mildew
