'Goldlane' is a late-ripening columnar variety bearing firm to medium firm, crisp, juicy fruit with a harmonic balanced flavour and relatively long storability. 'Goldlane' is suitable especially for home gardens as a solitaire or for hedges. Its highly juicy fruit can be eaten fresh or processed for juice.
Origin: 'UEB 3138/1' x 'Bohemia'
Tree: tree type columnar and compact, bears on spurs only, vigour weak to medium, diploid
Blossom: mid-season
Productivity: good, fruit thinning usually necessary to prevent alternation
Disease resistance: resistant to scab, tolerant to powdery mildew
