'Telse' - the alternative to 'Elstar', more robust to diseases
'Telse' is an autumn variety that combines the best of its parents: the appearance of 'Elstar' and higher disease resistance of 'Topaz'. Apple lovers will appreaciate its attractive looks and very good harmonic taste, reminding of 'Elstar'. A plus point of this variety is also its less vigour as compared to 'Elstar'.

habit ramified, spreading to drooping, medium vigorous (less vigorous than in 'Elstar'), produces many fruiting spurs, bears mainly in clusters on both short and long shoots
